Mi Care Servicing
Provide your customers with total peace of mind when upgrading their heating system to a Midea air source heat pump by registering the product on our Mi Care portal and offering 3 years FREE servicing and a 10 year warranty.
We’ll pay you to make the FREE Mi Care service visits until year 4, and with an annual Mi Care service visit, you can extend the warranty for up to 10 years, or sit back and pass the homeowner to us and we’ll do all the work for you.
Simply choose what’s best for you and the homeowner at handover and confirm this on our Mi Care Portal. The decision is yours!

That’s right, we offer in-person training on all of our products in the North and Midlands, meaning you can learn directly from us, not only the benefits of our products but also how to install them and save money on your installation costs.

Our Midlands training academy is located in the Coventry Building Society Area, which is also the home of Coventry City Football Club. Situated in the heart of the UK, our brand new facility is equipped with our latest fully operational products.
